Elisa Serafini is a libertarian advocate, columnist and business manager from Milan, Italy. She started campaigning and writing for local magazines at the age of 14, and has co-founded several liberty-oriented associations and advocacy groups since 2007. Her writings have been publishing in L’Opinione, Il Mercato del Lavoro, Linkiesta, Rischio Calcolato and Il Culturista. Elisa has studied in both Italy and in the United States. She holds a MS in International Business Management, a BA in Political Science, and her thesis on Flat Tax won the Istituto Bruno Leoni Award. Elisa is now a partner in a boutique consultancy firm.
